Our Flavour Philosophy

We are Vivo Pizza, a small family owned business with a great love for fresh tasty food and a belief that it should be affordable as well as nutritious. We believe that food is a great way of bringing people together, whether that be at a wedding, market or other special occasion, food can be a great place to start that conversation and bring that community feel.

So with that dream and a lot of courage we took the huge decision to leave our jobs and embark on the adventure of a lifetime. Which brings us to the newest member of our Vivo Family - "Merida", our gorgeous 1979 Peugeot J7 custom built pizza truck.

She started life in the south of France, cruising the cote d'azur, before finding her way to the UK. She is now completely renovated as a pizza truck with the finest Alfa Pizza Oven, ready to serve the freshest pizzas, hand stretched and stone baked to give that authentic flavour and style to North Essex & Suffolk.
